A on from child life to adult life.

A lot of teens are affected on mental health illness and they suffer from the things that go on in their life. Teenagers with mental health issues often get anxiety or depression because of how their hormones work around ages 12-17, they move on from child life to adult life. Teens that use technology everyday are most likely to have more suicidal thoughts that had been produced as well their mental health. Technology today affects suicide rates on teens because of what a teenager will experience while being in social media and how it changes a teens way of seeing things now or what they think in negative ways. Technology affects suicide rates in teens because of the amount of technology they use a day, it affects mental health, and it produces suicidal thoughts in teens. To start of, the amount of hours that technology is being used by teens each day can affect mental health.  In Duke Today it states,  “The study also found that young adolescents who spent more time online experienced increases in conduct problems and problems with self-regulation — the ability to control one’s behavior and emotions -” The amount that teenagers spend using technology can affect the way they act or the way they behave because technology can change self regulation making it hard for the teenagers to have a better life than other people. In the same text of Duke Today it explicates, “In addition, on days when adolescents used digital devices more, they had difficulty paying attention and exhibited attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder symptoms.” This means that the more use of technology creates difficulty of paying attention in school or any where and can also create deficit-hyperactivity disorder which means that  is a condition in which a person has trouble paying attention and focusing on tasks, tends to act without thinking, and has trouble sitting still. It may begin in early childhood and can continue into adulthood.Second of all, technology changes the mental of a teens and it’s very effective that make them behave in a certain way negatively.  In U.S department of health and human services it states,”Eating or sleeping too much or too little, pulling away from people and usual activities, having low or no energy, feeling numb or like nothing matters, having unexplained aches and pains, feeling helpless or hopeless.” A teen can be acting in different ways then they usually do and that reason is because of technology .When a teen is acting like those type of ways than that means that they have mental health problems. The National Institute of health explains, “Anxiety Disorders, attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD, ADD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Bipolar Disorder (Manic-Depressive Illness),Borderline Personality Disorder.” Teens will also show those type of illness when having mental problems and those are early warnings that any teen is in trouble that can go worse.Lastly, Teens after their mental health and problems they have been experiencing suicidal thoughts. In the text from National Institute of Mental Health explicates , “Suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people ages 15 to 34.” People around the ages of teens or older are affected and and commit suicide or have a production of suicidal thoughts. The reading “technology and suicide” by Maria Bradshaw states, “According to the Center for Internet Addiction Recovery, Internet addicts suffer from depression and anxiety-related disorders and often use the fantasy world of the Internet to psychologically escape unpleasant feelings or stressful situations.” People use technology when having depression and that could also be the cause of more depression because it could become a daily routine. To conclude, technology affects mental health on teens like provoking suicidal thoughts because of the amount of technology that is used by teens. Technology affects teenagers on suicide because they take steps towards it and it becomes a daily routine on having suicidal thoughts and being on technology. Technology is a man reason for mental problems in teens.  it
